Machine features:
1. Individual motor driving wall-type unwinder. It has simple and strong structure, it is easy for cleaning.
Standard jumbo roll diameter ≤Φ1500mm.
Larger jumbo roll size unwinders are available to be ordered.

2. Perforator is controlled by individual inverter, it guarantees the accuracy of the perforation sheet length during long-turn production.

One rewinder can various rolled tissue products, rolls' diameter from 90mm to 300mm.

4. Each unit is driven by independent motor. The driving system doesn't adopt gearbox , manual speed adjustor any more. Driving system is simpler and easy maintenance.

5. Web tension at each unit could be set on the touch screen.

 

Machine features:

1. Equipped with flexible clamping system, it can work with different cutting log diameters without replacing the clamper . Clamping log diameter can be set on touch panel directly.
2. Cutting operation is fully automatic , increase the safety in production.
3. Saw blade tension is controlled by hydraulic system . The compact rolls which carry hard paper cores are cut easily.
4. It is easy to operate this band saw by setting some simple cutting parameters on touch panel.
