Machine features:
1. Scope: Toilet roll /kitchen towel / Bed sheet roll
2. Perforator is controlled by individual inverter, it guarantees the accuracy of the perforation sheet length during long-turn production.
3. Winding log diameter Φ80-300mm, band saw cutting roll diameter Φ80-135mm
4. Optional unit: Edge-embossing,Embossing unit, Lamination unit
5. Single roll wrapping by plastic or copy paper
6. Bundle package : maximum 48rolls/ package
Toielt roll / Kitchen towel Rewinding machine
Machine features:
1. Individual motor driving wall-type unwinder. It has simple and strong structure, it is easy for cleaning.
Standard jumbo roll diameter ≤Φ1500mm.
Larger jumbo roll size unwinders are available to be ordered.
2. Perforator is controlled by individual inverter, it guarantees the accuracy of the perforation sheet length during long-turn production.
3. Winding diameter Φ90-300mm
One rewinder can various rolled tissue products, rolls' diameter from 90mm to 300mm.
4. Each unit is driven by independent motor. The driving system doesn't adopt gearbox , manual speed adjustor any more. Driving system is simpler and easy maintenance.
5. Web tension at each unit could be set on the touch screen.

1. Manual Band Saw Cutter can be used with toilet paper machine and facial tissue processing machine;
2. With the moving plate, the paper rolls are slit according to required length and width;
3. The blade is be grinded automatically. The machine has device of movable bedplate.
